Return Process

  Ensure the items are in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached, and safely packed in the original METRO BRAZIL packaging.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
